Fullerton welcomed Cypress College to their courts on Tuesday and gave the Chargers an 8-1 loss.
The FC doubles teams Yu Seung Suh/Alexus Lombera (8-3), Ashley Castro/Savanna Schreiner-Vanhoutte (8-3), and Allie Van/Janet Shiau (forfeit) all won all their matches.
In singles, No. 1 Yu Seung Suh won 6-1, 6-0. No. 3 Janet Shiau took down her opponent 6-4, 6-0, and No. 4 Ashley Castro won her match 6-0, 6-1. Alli Van clinched the match over Cypress with a 6-2, 6-3 victory.
Up Next: The Hornets (9-4 overall, 3-3 OEC) will travel down to Saddleback College for another conference match. Matches begin at 2:00 pm.
