Student-Athlete Exit Survey

NCAA by-laws require that each member institution conduct exit surveys with a sample of student-athletes. To meet that requirement, when a student-athlete completes his or her participation in intercollegiate athletics, the Athletics Department asks them to complete the following on-line survey. The survey includes questions regarding the value of the student-athlete's experiences athletically, academically, and socially while representing the college in sports. Summary data results from the survey will be used by the FC Athletics Department for an annual report that is given to the college administration. As a participant in this survey, your participation is completely voluntary. If you chose to participate, you are free to withdraw at any time from the survey without penalty. All responses are CONFIDENTIAL.

There are no foreseen risks associated with this study. The survey should take you approximately 20-25 minutes to complete.
