The FC women's lacrosse team played at home verses UC Santa Cruz last Saturday and lost in another tight battle 9-7.
Scoring goals for the Hornets were McKennah Renfro (3), Hailey Hirsch (2), and Alexa Orozco (2).
FC goalie Cindy Suarez had 7 saves.
