ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM FOR ZENDEJAS

The California Community College Women's Basketball Coaches Association recognized Fullerton College sophomore Angela Zendejas for her efforts in the classroom placing her on the CCCWBCA All-Academic Team. 

An excellent athlete, Zendejas also excelled in the classroom earning a 3.85 GPA while carrying a full class load. 

During her freshman year (2019-20) for the Hornets, Zendejas averaged 8.8 points a game, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.0 assists. 

Angela was not able to play this past 2021-22 basketball season due to an injury but will be ready for action next season.
