The Hornets turned in strong finishes at the Mt. San Antonio College Invitational last Friday as they prepare for the OEC Championships.

Zidane Ras continued his excellent season with a 3rd place finish in a field of 120 runners clocking in at 21:39 to place among the top 15.

Kole Gutierrez crossed the line in 25:48 (73rd overall), while Noe Valdivia finished in 27:03 (87th) despite rolling his ankle during the race.

With their confidence building and several personal bests achieved, the Hornets will now turn their focus toward the upcoming conference championships.

Up Next: The Hornets have a bye this week but will be back in action on Friday, October 31st for the OEC Championships at Saddleback College. Races begin at 9:00 am.
