Bio

Bio: Ian comes to Fullerton College after a brief stint at Idaho State. He graduated from Redondo Union High School in 2014 where he was league MVP and CIF Division II State Player of the Year while also being selected to all-league, all-state, and all-CIF teams. He has stepped into a leadership role at Fullerton College and will be a big contributor to the team because of his high basketball IQ and scoring abilities.

The 2015-2016 season saw Ian lead the Hornets into the playoffs as the starting Point Guard. He was recognized as a First Team All Conference player at the end of the season after averaging 12.6 points and 4.6 assists per game.

Coaches Quote: "Ian has a great deal of upside as a point guard. His ability to handle the ball, score the ball, and find teammates will be very valuable for us as a team. His experience in high school playing for top teams at Redondo Union in big games provided him many lessons. Ian has taken a big step this offseason in putting on 10 pounds of muscle and becoming a better leader. We expect Ian to have a big sophomore year."

The #13 Hornets kept their winning ways going taking third place at the Riverside Holiday Tournament beating #12 Mt. San Jacinto College 79-60 and #4 Chaffey College 83-59.

After a two-week period without a game, the Fullerton College men's basketball team was back in action at the Antelope Valley College Tournament this weekend winning it all by beating #19 Bakersfield College 62-60, #1 San Bernardino Valley College 73-72, and Antelope Valley 71-66.
